With Michelle O'Brien as the Director of Catering for Land & Sea you get my 30 years of local experience. As the founder and former owner of the original Caper's, Truffle's(in Annapolis) and The Main Ingredient, I have catered for the President of the United States, Governors Of the Tri-States, embassies of foreign countries and countless numbers of other types of social events. We understand the complexities of every event, large or small, and give them the attention they deserve.
